RULES AND CONDITIONS OF USE:
- It is MANDATORY to use your access card upon entering and leaving the establishment.
- Wipe away sweat and collect equipment (weight plates, dumbbells, etc.) from the fitness room (weight training) and the free weights area after use. There are marked racks for their placement so everyone can train effectively.
- The use of a towel is mandatory in all areas and services of the center, including the guided activities room. It is mandatory to dry any visible sweat on any machine, spinning bike, or cardiovascular equipment that may be reused by another client.
- Removing your shirt is prohibited THROUGHOUT THE GYM.
- Yelling while performing exercises is also strictly prohibited, as is coming while intoxicated, or possessing, using, or having previously used any type of drug.
- Throwing or dropping barbells and dumbbells is strictly prohibited, as this is an urban center and has specific regulations regarding this.
- Disrespect, disturbances, or unnecessary disturbances caused to service staff or customers are strictly prohibited.
- Vita Fitness Center is not responsible for damages and/or injuries caused by negligence, incompetence, or misuse of the center's equipment. You must inform the responsible staff if you notice a defect, failure, breakdown, or malfunction of the equipment you intend to use.
- Vita Fitness Center will facilitate the purchase of individual accident insurance for interested parties for greater accident coverage (inquire at reception).
- Children, except for pre-arranged activities, are prohibited from accessing the physical activity areas of the gym. Therefore, their parents or guardians are responsible for any incidents related to injury or breakage of any element of the center.
- CHOOSING A FEE SYSTEM IMPLIES MAINTAINING THE SAME SIGN-UP DATE. The date can only be changed 30 calendar days after the expiration date. If you do not wish to be subject to this system, we recommend purchasing vouchers or paying a registration fee of 50 euros to change the date.
- The client affirms that they do not have any pathology or physical condition that would prevent them from performing physical activity at this center.
- The VITA fitness center reserves the right to refuse admission or expulsion of anyone who does not comply with the rules and conditions of use described above.
- The legal age to start at this center is 14 years old. Younger individuals require the authorization of a parent or legal guardian.
- Vita Fitness Center is not responsible for any negative repercussions, injuries, or malpractice caused by any person acting as a trainer or nutritionist who is not part of the center's official team. Clients must inquire at reception.

In accordance with the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPD-GDD 3/2018) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR EU 2016/679), we inform you that the personal data contained in this document has been included in files owned by Tiquito S.L. They may be communicated to third parties for the provision of the agreed service. The purpose of processing such data is to establish a contractual relationship with this Company. Legitimization is carried out through the consent of the interested party.
